IGI (International Gemological Institute) is an independent grading lab. An IGI report verifies a diamond’s quality, authenticity, and 4Cs. Where a piece has an IGI report, it covers cut, colour, clarity and carat weight.
Every Oré piece is cast in solid gold — 9K, 14K or 18K. The exact purity for each design is shown on its product page.
Ready-to-ship pieces dispatch in 2–4 business days; made-to-order pieces in 10–15 business days (each is cast, hand-set and polished for you). After dispatch: 3–5 business days to metro cities, 5–8 to other serviceable locations. Sundays and public holidays don't count as business days.
Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order across India, and every shipment is fully insured until it reaches you. Cash on Delivery is available on eligible PIN codes.
You can return an eligible piece within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund — unused, unworn, undamaged, with its original box, tags, invoice and certificates. Return pickup is free and insured, arranged from your address. Engraved and personalised pieces (for example, the Wreath), customised, resized and made-to-order pieces aren't eligible unless damaged, defective or incorrect.
After the 30-day return window, eligible pieces qualify for buyback as store credit towards a new Oré design. See our returns policy for details. We don't offer cash buyback.
Yes, any time before it's dispatched — email or WhatsApp us with your order number. Made-to-order, engraved or customised pieces can't be cancelled once production has started; once dispatched, our 30-day return applies instead.

Please don't accept a parcel that looks opened or tampered with. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product, and we'll repair, replace or refund it in full.
